Day in and day out, our commitment to excellence and
unconditional care holds strong.
2023 left us with more clients served…more parents
choosing love and life…more mentors answering the call
to share their lives…and our own building!
The banner under which we serve has remained the
same since our founding—Jehovah-Nissi. “The Lord is my
banner.” Exodus 17:15
We rally under His love—most thankful for all that has
been accomplished and all that is to come. The battle is
the Lord’s, and so is every victory. We go forward into
2024 with great confidence.
Sometimes, seeing is believing.
This is a photo of the 2023 exit surveys from our medical
appointments. There is not a negative comment in the
stack. You read that right! Our clients reported their
experiences with us were 100% positive. Having initialed
every single one, I know that percentage to be true.
It is especially rewarding to read the personal notes they
add. Comments like…
“I felt respected.” – “My nurse was kind, sincere,
and thorough.” – “I felt so comfortable.” – “I loved
the prayer.”
Countless words have been written honoring our humble
nurses who listen with their hearts.
Answering the question, “Did the ultrasound influence
your decision regarding your pregnancy?” one client
checked “YES” and wrote,
“Made me feel gratitude to be able to create life.”
You need to know that before seeing her baby
for the first time at Relate Care, this client had
planned to end her pregnancy.
In a culture that too often thinks of pregnancy as an
illness—a problem to eradicate—it was beautiful to
witness the moment when she looked at her unborn
child as a miracle rather than “something gone wrong.”
This is how sharing factual medical information changes
hearts and minds.
I am grateful—grateful for you as we walk in this ministry
of love and support together in a time when the upside-
downness of this world begs for grace, mercy, and truth.
