4-Containers no. are not informed to ONE CS before 17.00hrs of working day is subject to roll
loading
5- Swapping conts between bookings are not allowed. swapping fee will be applied if happened
6- Check the container condition carefully before gate out.
All damage of container and charges after gate out is under customer’s responsibility
7- Loss/damage caused by overweight or incorrect weight declaration by shipper will be on
shipper’s account
8- Commodity having batteries must be declared at time of booking. Without declaration
container will be held for checking.
9- As ONE Sanctions Due Diligence shipment to Myanmar, UAE, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, Jordan,
Afghanistan, and Georgia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Zimbabwe,
Central African Republic, Russia, Ukraine, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Serbia, Belarus, Turkey,
Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Eqypt, Tunisia and Mali, Venezuela, and Nicaragua.

- Screen shippers, consignees or notifying parties (all names stated on BL) to confirm any of
