Instructions:
1. Attendance is mandatory during the exams. Examination timings will be from 9:00 am – 12:15 pm
for all grades.
2. Student reporting time is 08:30 am and dispersal time is 12:30 pm.
3. Students are required to attend school every day. On the days when they do not have an exam, they
need to bring the necessary books to prepare for the next day's exam. Timings 8:30 am to 12:30
pm.
4. For Grades I & II, the question paper for each subject will be for 30 marks; III – VII, the question
paper for each subject will be for 70 marks; for Grade IX, the question paper for each subject will
be for 80 marks.
5. L3 question paper will be for 50 marks for grades IV, V & IX and 70 marks for grades VI and VII.
6. 30% weightage is given to objective-type questions and 70% weightage is given to subjective-type
questions.
7. Syllabus for the examination is also shared herewith.
8. No re-exam for any student under any circumstances.
9. IT practical exams and oral exams for languages will be conducted before the commencement of
the examinations with prior intimation.
10. Tentative date of PTM/Paper Discussion will be on or before:- 16/03/2024.
11. Parents are requested to clear term fees at the earliest. (if paid Please ignore)
12. Parents who wish to apply for TC are requested to do so by 10 February 2024, at the latest. Your
kind cooperation is sought in this matter.
13. Short Break/Vacation Dates:
No vacation for Grade XI:
Grades VII to IX:- 07/03/2024 to 13/03/2024
Grades NUR to VI:- 07/03/2024 to 19/03/2024
Information for the new session (2024-25):-

15. The tentative date of the bridge course is 14/03/2024 to 30/03/2024.
16. All the students will be having a bridge course till 30-03-2024 and the new syllabus will be started
from 1st April 2024.
17. Last working day for the students (Tentative):- 23/04/2024
18. Summer Vacation (Tentative):- 24/04/2024 to 11/06/2024
