Notice Inviting Tender for IP Phones, Analog cards & billing software

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) invites bids for procurement and
installation of following equipments at its head office at G-5, G-6, Sector-10, Dwarka,
New Delhi .

Firms having minimum average turnover of Rs 2 Crs during the last two financial years
and implementation of similar nature of work of one project or above can obtain the
tender document during working hours on all working days from 20/12/2002 onwards
from the address for communication given below or download the same from NHAI’s
website: http://www.nhai.org fill-up and submit in the address for communication given
below.

Duly filled document can be submitted latest by 3 PM on 2.1.2003 at the address given
below along with earnest money deposit of Rs 20,000/- payable and drawn in favour of
NHAI, New Delhi . Earnest money and Tender Documents should be submitted in
separate cover(s) clearly marked “EMD” / “TENDER DOCUMENT”. Incomplete
document and / or without EMD in the manner prescribed above will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM. Both serial no 1 & 2 should be
submitted in separate sealed cover. NHAI reserves the right to award the work for the
entire quantity to single firm or to divide the same among the firms

NHAI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any
reason whatsoever.
