How To Attach Buttons/Snap Fasteners Correctly

1. Avoid using an improper die-set.

2. Make sure to use the attaching machine properly.
3. Avoid attachment to uneven surface/fabrics with uneven thickness.
4. Make sure to attach the 2 parts securely.
a) Make sure to attach the 2 parts of a snap button securely to prevent them from coming off.
b) Avoid unnecessary space between the buttons and fabric.
5. Ensure attachment to fabrics/materials with suitable thickness.
6.Avoid attachment across a folding area/sewing line.
ಬಟನ್‌ಗಳು/ಸ್ನ್ಯ ಾ ಪ್ ಫಾಸ್ಟೆ ನರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನಯ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಲ್ಗತ್ತು ಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ
1. ಅಸಮಪ್ಪಕ್ ಡೆೈ-ಸೆಟ್ ಬಳಸ್ತವುದನ್ನು ತ್ಪ್ಪಿ ಸಿ.
2. ಲಗತ್ತು ಸ್ತವ ಯುಂತ್ರ ವನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಳಸ್ತವುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತ್ಪ್ಡಿಸಿಕೊಳಿಿ .
3. ಅಸಮ ದಪ್ಿ ವಿರುವ ಅಸಮ ಮೇಲ್ಮ ೈ/ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತು ಸ್ತವುದನ್ನು ತ್ಪ್ಪಿ ಸಿ.
4. 2 ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ತರಕ್ಷಿ ತ್ವಾಗಿ ಲಗತ್ತು ಸಲು ಖಚಿತ್ಪ್ಡಿಸಿಕೊಳಿಿ .
a) ಸ್ನ್ು ಯ ಪ್ ಬಟನ್‌ನ 2 ಭಾಗಗಳು ಹೊರಬರುವುದನ್ನು ತ್ಡೆಯಲು ಸ್ತರಕ್ಷಿ ತ್ವಾಗಿ ಲಗತ್ತು ಸ್ತವುದನ್ನು
ಖಚಿತ್ಪ್ಡಿಸಿಕೊಳಿಿ .
b) ಗುಂಡಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಯ ನಡುವೆ ಅನಗತ್ಯ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ತ್ಪ್ಪಿ ಸಿ.
5. ಸೂಕ್ು ವಾದ ದಪ್ಿ ವಿರುವ ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಗಳು/ವಸ್ತು ಗಳಿಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತು ಸ್ತವುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತ್ಪ್ಡಿಸಿಕೊಳಿಿ .
6.ಮಡಿಸ್ತವ ಪ್ರ ದೇಶ/ಹೊಲಿಗೆ ರೇಖೆಯಾದಯ ುಂತ್ ಲಗತ್ತು ಸ್ತವುದನ್ನು ತ್ಪ್ಪಿ ಸಿ.

 Button Attachment Control
1. Thread tension must be properly adjested. Not too loose or tight.

2. Defective Needles must be changed immediately before production continues.

3. When bobbin case refilled with thread, perform the first button attachment on piece of fabric
before going into actual production.

4. When the bobbin thread in the bobbin case is depleted, the last button sewn from the depleted
bobbin must always be removed from the garment and record in log.

5 Conduct 100% visual checking on button attachment area.

6. Check for complete stitch pattern and rabbit ear (Button Stitch Lock) should be 1/4"
7. Minimum button attachment strength(Pull Test) should be 17LBS/10 Seconds for kids &
15LBS/10 Seconds for Adults.

ಬಟನ್‌ಗಳು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಲ್ಗತ್ತು ಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ
1. ಥ್ರೆ ಡ ಟ್ಟನಷ ನ ಅನ್ನಯ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಂದಿಸಬೇಕು. ತ್ತಂಬಾ ಸಡಿಲ್ ಅರ್ಥವಾ ಬಿಗಿಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ .

2. ಉತ್ಪಾ ದನೆಯು ಮಂದುವರಿಯುವ ಮೊದಲು ದೇಷಯುಕ್ು ಸೂಜಿಗಳನ್ನಯ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ

ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು.
3. ಬಾಬಿನ ಕೇಸ್ ಅನ್ನಯ ಥ್ರೆ ಡ್‌ನಂದ ಪುನಃ ತ್ತಂಬಿಸಿದಾಗ, ನಜವಾದ ಉತ್ಪಾ ದನೆಗೆ
ಹೇಗುವ ಮೊದಲು ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಯ ತ್ತಂಡಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೊದಲ್ ಬಟನ ಲ್ಗತು ನ್ನಯ ನವಿಹಿಸಿ.
4. ಬಾಬಿನ ಕೇಸ್್‌ನಲ್ಲಲ ರುವ ಬಾಬಿನ ಥ್ರೆ ಡ ಖಾಲ್ಲಯಾದಾಗ, ಖಾಲ್ಲಯಾದ ಬಾಬಿನ್‌ನಂದ
ಹಲ್ಲದ ಕೊನೆಯ ಗುಂಡಿಯನ್ನಯ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕ್ಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು
ಲಾಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಲ ದಾಖಲ್ಲಸಬೇಕು.

5 ಬಟನ ಲ್ಗತ್ತು ಪೆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಲ 100% ದೃಶಾ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದು.

6. ಸಂಪೂಣಿ ಹಲ್ಲಗೆ ಮಾದರಿಯನ್ನಯ ಪರಿಶೇಲ್ಲಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೊಲ್ದ ರ್ಕವಿ (ಬಟನ ಸಿೆ ಚ್
ಲಾಕ್) 1/4" ಇರಬೇಕು

7. ಕ್ನಷಠ ಬಟನ ಅಟ್ಯಾ ಚ್್‌ಮಂಟ್ ಸ್ನ್ಮರ್ಥಾ ಿ (ಪುಲ್ ಟ್ಟಸ್ೆ ) ಮಕ್ಕ ಳಿಗೆ 17LBS/10
ಸ್ಟಕಂಡುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಯಸಕ ರಿಗೆ 15LBS/10 ಸ್ಟಕಂಡ್‌ಗಳಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

8. ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಟನ ಸಮಸ್ಟಾ ಗೆ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟೆ PSO ಅನ್ನಯ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ
