It is with immense pleasure and enthusiasm that I stand before you today as we embark on an
exciting journey with the inauguration of our Analytics Society. As the President of this esteemed
association, I am thrilled to share with you our meticulously crafted one-year action plan, aimed at
fostering a culture of analytics, innovation, and collaboration within our college community.

PuzzlePalooza:

To kick off the year, we have organized an array of puzzle games spread across the college premises.
These games are designed not only to entertain but also to enhance and analyze logical capabilities.
Prizes will be awarded to those who showcase exceptional problem-solving skills.

AI Odyssey:

A challenging quiz awaits all enthusiasts keen on exploring the realms of Artificial Intelligence and
Data Science. This event promises to be intellectually stimulating, testing participants' knowledge
and understanding of the cutting-edge technologies that shape our world today.

Beyond the scoreboard – the saga of sport decision making

Our commitment to diverse interests extends to the realm of sports analytics. We are privileged to
host an accomplished sports analytics professional, offering insights into the world of data-driven
decision-making in sports, with a special emphasis on cricket.

Data Detective Hack

Prepare for an intense and insightful Power BI Analytics Hackathon where teams will unravel the
secrets hidden in messy datasets. The team that extracts the most valuable insights from the
challenging data sets will be crowned the champions.

5. Weekly Leet

In our weekly Leet Challenge, select students will engage in solving LeetCode problems. This
consistent practice will not only sharpen their problem-solving skills but also foster a competitive
spirit, pushing them to excel in the world of algorithms.

6. TechTango

Throughout the year, we will host workshops covering a spectrum of technologies including Power
BI, Python, Flutter, Angular, and the integration of web and mobile applications with analytics. These
sessions aim to provide practical insights into the application of these technologies.
7. InnoVateRIT

In a bid to contribute to the betterment of our beloved college, we are organizing an internal
hackathon. Participants are encouraged to innovate and propose ideas that will enhance the
functioning of our college, making it an even better place for all.

8. Data Decoded – analytics session for all backgrounds:

Tailored for students from non-computer backgrounds such as EEE, ECE, Mech, Civil, and more, this
session will deliver the fundamentals of data analytics in an easily understandable manner.
Empowering all students with the skills needed to thrive in the data-driven era.
