In my company, RZM, which is a company for making sweets

and cakes, there is a problem in the sales department that is


decreasing in sales in this year. This is because of new
competitors have entered the market with products that have
the same quality as my products and competitive prices, so I
decided to do applied research to solve the problem that has
arisen in my company. first of all I decided to focus on
improving the products quality by investing in product design
and development by creating innovative products that meet
customer expectations and I decided to gather feedback from
customers through surveys and customer reviews to help me
identify the areas that needs to be improved as well as by
motivating my employees to look for ways to make the
products better and efficient . Secondly I decided to do market
research to increase the sales by understanding customer
preferences and to know which products have the highest
sales in the market to focus on and keep providing the market
with it as well as I started to use social media and email to do
marketing for my products and that will increase the sales .
Finally I decided to develop the right pricing strategy which
helps me maximizing my sales revenue and have an advantage
on my competitors by providing products with high quality
and reasonable prices.
