It shall be highlighted that the establishment of such committee must align with legal requirements and the terms outlined in our Contract, the appronch therein is to handle labor issues/demands through amicable settlement, other than hurriedly formed a committee ignoring the consequences, which give rise to hindrance and shutdown to the Project, in this context, the Contractor with full authority can manage the issues with his employees, the committee members to represent labors shall be in-service employees of the Contractor, the Contractor never accept that the external individuals who has never been the Contractor's employee should be member of the committee. Furthermore, we wish to emphasize that our stance is to engage in a constructive dialogue, to ensure a fair and lawful process, deal with the labour issues within the legal framework and complies with the rules and regulations set out in the employment contract with them.
