Specialitatea de Drept urmiregte realizarea obiectivelor prin:
l. Formarea competentelor profesionale ale absolventuluiinbaza pregdtirii teoretice gi practice in domeniul dreptului.
2. Formarea abilitalilor de cercetare in domeniul jurispruderr{ei in baza componentei gtiinfifice. In acest sens se
urmdregte pregdtirea specialistului in scopul investigdrii problemelor contradictorii din.iurispruden{6.
3. Asigurarea condiliilor de dezvoltare multilaterald a viitorului specialist, formarea poziliei civice gi dimensiunii etice
a personalitdlii.

4. Racordarea programului de studii gi a confinuturilor din Planul de invi{imAnt la tendin(ele interna{ionale

din domeniu:
Planul de inva{amdnt de la specialitatea Drept este racordat modelelor de intruire juridica din statele Uniunii
Europene, ftrd a ignora experienla statelor CSl. Astfel, sirnbioza intre disciplinele fundamentale ;i a celor moderne,
utilizarea tehnicilor clasice de instruire cu cele la distan[6, func{ionarea filierelor ango gi francofone, precum ;i
instruirea in limba rusd permit studenlilor implicarea in studiicomparate qi a mobilita{ilor academice.
Pentru a rdspunde solicitArilor angajatorilor gi in general a pie{ii muncii Planul de invd{dmint la specialitatea,,Drept"
a fost racordat cerinJelor Procesurlui de la Bologna gi a fost elaborat finindu-se cont de experien{a universitdlilor de
prestigiu in domeniu din Europa Si SUA.

5. Evaluarea aEteptlrilor sectorului economic gi social (studierea cerin{elor Cadrului Nalional al Calificirilor,
precum Ei al celui european; studierea fiqelor de posturi din institu{iile potential angajatoare, evaluarea pie{ei
prin metoda chestionarelor etc.);
In funclie de cerin{ele Cadrului Nafional ;i European al Calificdrilor facultatea de drept identificd cerinfele
angajatorilor publici gi priva{i fala de tinerii specialiqti, defindtori de licenfa in Drept. Astfel, se actualizeazd curricula
universitarb gi sarcinile practice in procesul de instruire.
Analiiza mediului extern se referd la evaluarea contextului economic, socio-cultural gi a piefei potentiale a muncii
pentru identificarea nevoii de instruire gi formare profesionalb, a serviciilor educaJionale oferite de USM,
comparabile cu cele oferite de alte universitdli din {ard gi din strdindtate. Se au in vedere gi recomandlrile gi
reglementdrile specifice domeniului, elaborate de organisme nationale sau europene.
Analiza mediului intern se refera la evaluarea ofertei existente de programe de studii, a obiectivelor strategice gi de
resursele disponibile ale USM.

6. Consultarea partenerilor in procesul de elaborare a programului de studii (angajatori, profesori, absolven{i,

studenfi etc.);
Procesul de consultare cu angajatorul cuprinde urmdtoarele direclii:
- elaborarea gi perfeclionarea programelor de studii in concordanld cu cerin{ele inaintate de angajator;
- incheierea acordurilor cu instituf ii gi organ izalii d in domen iu I dreptu lu i privind pregatirea specialigtilor cu ind icarea
cerintelor fafa de abilitAlile profesiorrale ale studen(ilor;
- incadrarea reprezentantilor organelor de drept in evaluarea cunogtinlelor gi abilitSlilor absolven{ilor in timpul
sustinerii examenelor gi a tezei de licenld;
- coordonarea rezultatelor cercetdrilor gtiinlifice cu instituliile giorganizatiile de profil gioblinerea avizelor;
- conlucrarea in vederea organizdrii stagiilor de practicd la Studii superioare de licen{d, Ciclul I. In acelagi timp,
parteneriatul intern este foarte important. La Studii superioare de licenfd, Ciclul I procesul de consultare are loc in
cadrulelaborbrii 9i perfeclion6rii programelor de studii (forma expeftizei), in cadrul organizdrii practicii de iniliere,
de specialitate gi de licentd (forma acordurilor corespunzdtoare), in timpul susf inerii examenelor de licentd gi a tezei
de licentd (forma participativd) gi elaborarea unor programe de studii cu destinaf ie speciald la solicitarea angajatorilor.

7. Relevanfa programului de studii pentru pia(a for(ei de muncIl

Cadrul normativ existent, care stabilegte statutul, modul de organizare;i funclionare a profesiilor juridice, prevede
ca exigenld profesionald de accedere in func{ie studiile juridice cel putin la nivelul Licenlei in drept.
Pentru alte funcliiatdt in domeniul public, c6t;i in cel privat licen[a in Drept este un mare avantaj.

8. Posibilitifile de angajare a absolven(ilor;

The legal professional (Licenliate in Law) con carry out his/ her profes.sional aclivilies in dffirenl domains, such as
Civil Law, Penal Law, Financial Law, Banking Law, Forensic Science, Legal Psychologt, Human Rights Proteclion
etc., taking into consideration his/her specialty.
In the realm of Law Specialty there are undertaken training aclivities in domain of Jurisprudence by creation of a
general vision, theoretical knowledge aboul mechanisms of lawfunctioning and practical skills during itsfuffillment.
The Program of Initial Professional Training for the Cycle I is founded on the University Syllabus which includes
the following parts; a) Legal disciplines which develop instrumenlal general, interpersonal and systemic
competences by means of studying of social discipline,s codifiecl by G and U in the University Syllabus: Hislory of
Romanian Low; Philosophy of Law; lnformational Technologie.s of Communicqlion: Foreign Language; Physical
Training etc. Academic disciplines which accomplish the fundamental lheorelical lraining codified by F, are the
following: General Theory of Law, Roman Privale Law; Civil Lqw; Penal Law: Law of Criminal Procedure; Law of
Civil Procedure; Constitutional Law. Academic disciplines which accomplish professional training in Law Specialty
are codified by S: Adminisffative Law; International Public Law; Customs Law; International Private Law; Business
Law, Tax Law, Forensic Science; Criminology; Inlernational Business Lav,: Inlellectual Property Latt; Labor Law
