Engineer I
The Electrical Technician III is responsible for routine
maintenance and repair of plant electrical equipment
under the supervision of the job site leader, mentor or
supervisor. This individual must possess and demonstrate
a safety conscience work behavior and attitude and
comply with EG LNG’s Process Safety Management
Program as well as all EG LNG Health, Environment and
Safety Policies.
The Instrument Technician III is responsible for
maintenance and repairs of plant instrument systems
and equipment under the supervision of a mentor,
supervisor or job site leader. This individual must possess
and demonstrate a safety conscience work behavior
and attitude and comply with EG LNG’s Process Safety
Management Program as well as all EG LNG Health,
Environment and Safety Policies.
The Gas Turbine Control Engineer I is responsible for
assisting the supervisor to ensure the integrity, operation
and maintenance of plant gas turbines and
compressors to meet equipment availability and
performance targets.
✓ EG National with a High school diploma or
equivalent
✓ Must pass required Company certification tests in
order to progress to Electrical Technician III.
✓ Must have met or exceeded performance
expectations in current role for the past 2-3 years to
progress to Electrical Technician III.
✓ EG National with a high school diploma or
equivalent
✓ Must pass required Company certification tests in
order to progress to Instrument Technician III.
✓ Must have met or exceeded performance
expectations in current role for the last 2-3 years to
progress to Instrument Technician III.
✓ EG National with a Bsc. Degree in Control,
Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electromechanical
Engineering
✓ At least 3 years’ experience in the field of
instrumentation or control.
✓ Knowledgeable of basic instrumentation and
control devices (pressure gauges, thermocouples,
switches, PLC, vibration probes, etc.) and their
principle of operation.
✓ Knowledgeable of Alarm and Event Log
✓ Knowledgeable of the MOC process
✓ Proficient in SAP for task related to the role.
