Designation: Manager – Electrical Function: Electrical

Location: Srikakulam Unit Sector: Manufacturing

Purpose of the Job: Ensure smooth functioning of Electrical Department working contributing to
Unit organizational goals.

Overview/ Responsibilities: As a Manager - Electrical , you will be expected to:

Key Accountabilities for the position Major Tasks for the position

Key Accountabilities. Responsible for the day-to-day electrical engineering

improvements and maintenance pertaining to the
department while directing the activity of Electrical
maintenance personnel for the safe, efficient operation
of the plant

Responsible for 33KV line maintenance for plant

operations including external & internal.

Direct the repair, maintenance, rearrangement,

modification and installation of equipment.

Evaluate all data to determine maintenance schedules to

optimize equipment availability

 Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs
and schedules.

Failure Analysis of all Electrical equipment’s failures and

compliance as per action plans

Statutory - Complying all kind of legal & statutory

requirements related EHS for electrical department

Involvement in TPM Activities.

Educational Qualifications Total years of experience

• 3+ yrs of experience in Electrical Similar trade

• BE / B-Tech in Electrical Engineering Industry Operation.
• Hands on experience in 11KV / 33KV line
maintenance.

Technical /Functional Expertise:

• Basic Knowledge in electrical & unit operations.

• Knowledge of working on HT & LT panels.
• Thorough knowledge of operation of electrical systems or similar in chemical process plants
• Knowledge of environment, safety and occupational health hazards related to plants operations.
• Good communication skill.
• Working in team
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skill.
