I Read the below given passage carefully and answer the questions: (4 × 1 = 4)
Acai berry is a small round black purplish fruit that looks like grapes, both in appearance and size
though with a lesser pulp. Acai berry fruit has a single large seed, when the berries are ripe, the
exocarp turns into a deep purple colour or green depending on the type of acai berry as well as its
maturity. Acai berries are a very important component of food for the Amazon people of Brazil.
Acai berry being a high-fat content fruit also contains oleic, palmitic and linoleic acid. The berries
also have antioxidant properties. Acai berries has several health benefits such as it improves
mental clarity, supplies the body with vital vitamins, detoxifies the body and reduces the aging
process. Though , Acai berry is coming on stage with the Americans , but it has been around for
many centuries and has been a source of healthy living to many natives of Brazil.
