LOW WATER PRESSURE REPORT AT FUNCTION HALL, KOTA SERIEMAS, NILAI.

Inspection Date: 11 July 2019 at 1030 am

Location: Function Hall, Kota Seriemas, Nilai.

Low water pressure was reported at male and female toilets and changing room at Function Hall,
Kota Seriemas, Nilai.

During the inspection we found that the water pressure in the toilets at all level, and changing room
at ground floor is at 2.5 bar except one of WC in first toilet cubicle male changing room. The water
pressure indicated at the flush valve is lower than 1.0 bar. The photo below show the water flow at
WC flush valve in female changing room and water flow at WC flush valve in male changing room.

The location for male and female changing room is against each other. The piping design from the
hydro booster pump to the both WC flush valve are the same main distribution pipe line.

Therefore, we suggest to the contractor to check the low water pressure possibility as below:-

1. To check any stop valve between main distribution pipe from hydro booster pump and WC
flush valve for the male changing room.

2. To check the interval pipe condition whether there have any clogged or blockage.
