Dear Hon. Solicitor General Guevarra

We are the Kammer Youth Vocal Ensemble, a small group of singers hailing from the world-
renowned Kammerchor Manila, a four-time recipient of the National Commission for Culture
and the Arts Ani ng Dangal and a non-profit choral organization based in the Hearts of Jesus &
Mary Parish, Daily Mirror St., corner Bulletin St., West Triangle, Quezon City, Philippines.

In the joyous and loving spirit of yuletide season, we are writing you this letter to conduct a
Christmas Caroling in your good office. This activity of our group aims not only to make most
of the generous spirit of Christmas, but also strive to bring you a closer and deeper connection
to the most wonderful time of the year through our music.

Accordingly, the proceeds of which shall be utilized to generate funds for our upcoming
South Korean venture this February 2024 wherein our choir will become goodwill
ambassadors of the Philippines in the field of culture and the arts, showcasing the excellence
of Filipinos in the field of choral singing together with topnotch choirs across the globe. As it
happens, our choir, the Kammerchor Manila, just recently won the highly coveted Choir of the
World held in Wales, United Kingdom last July 2023 and other prestigious choral
competitions across Europe. If any, your generosity will further help our choir in attaining
many more victories for the greater glory of God and our Country.

As a final note, the twelve days of Christmas had just begun! May this festive time bring us
more peace, love, and simple joys that make life beautiful.
