1.

Please create 2 VMs, Name of the VMs must have below format
First Three letter of Name and example –
Your Name = Amit
VM Name = DC01/DC02
Full VM Name = AMI-DC01 and AMI-DC02
Name of VM should be identical in Hyper-V and Computer name
Make and DC01 as Domain Controller.
Your Domain Name should be like below
first 3 letters from your name + domain.com example = amidomain.com

Step 1: Create two VM with RAM-DCO1 AND RAM-DC02

Step 2: Installation for OS in two VM
Step 3: Change the computer name of the two VM as RAM-DC01 and RAM-
DC02
Step 4: Give a static IP to the DC01 PC

Step 5: Goto DC01 and click add roles where we should add features like ADDS
and DNS.
Step 6: Give the domain name for the domain controller as ramdomain.com
and set password.
Step 7: Now you can see the domain controller changed to the domain name.
2. Create a DHCP Scope Name as amiscope (First 3 letters of your name
+scope), 192.168.10.20- 199. Allow DC02 to have IP from the DHCP servers,
show the screenshot that DC02 received the IP from DHCP, Screenshot
should be from DHCP Server only.
Step 1: Add DHCP in the DCO1
Step 2: Add New scope in DHCP and have range of 192.168.10.20 – 199
Step 3: Now the DCO2 is change to the domain and have DHCP IP address
Step 4: Now you can see the computer DC02 is joined in DHCP server of DC01

3. Make DC02 as an additional Domain Controller of your domain, and

transfer all five FSMO roles from DC01 to DC02.
Step 1: Give a static IP to DCO2 with gateway and DNS of DCO1’s IP
Step 2: Install ADDS and DNS in DC02
Step 3: Add the DC to existing domain
Step 4: Now the DC02 changed to Domain

Step 5: transfer FSMO roles from DCO1 to DCO2

Step 6: Now you can see that FSMO role are being transferred.
4. Create an OU having your name example- amiOU, apply GPO on this OU
Create a GPO having your name, ex- amiGPO,
set the minimum password character as 9.
Set WSUS Update location as your domain controller name.
Users of this OU should not be able to edit registry settings.

Step 1: Add OU in DCO1 as ramOU

Step 2: Add GPO as ramGPO

Step 3: Set minimum password characters as 9
Step 4: enable that should not able to edit registry setting
5. Create a WDS server, and deploy windows 2012 r2 standard version only
Step 1: Add WDS role in DCO1
Step 2: configure server in WDS
Step 3: Install images in WDS
Step 4: Installation of new VM through DHCP
