Second Provisional Merit List of Selected Candidates

LL.M. Programme (NON-RESIDENTIAL)

▪ The Registration process of Online Counselling for admission to LL.M Programme

(Non-Residential) at National Law University Delhi was started on December 15,
2023 with last date for Online Counselling Registration as December 26 2023 by
11:00 a.m.
▪ The First Provisional Merit List of Selected Candidate (category wise) was issued
on December 28, 2023. The last date for payment of confirmation of provisional
admission was January 3, 2024.
▪ Based on the available vacancies, the Second Provisional Merit List of Selected
Candidate (category wise) for admission to LL.M. Programme (Non-Residential)
is annexed as Annexure-A.

▪ Candidates listed in the Second Provisional Merit List of Selected Candidates for
the LL.M Programme (Non-Residential) (ANNEXURE–A) are required to pay a
sum of Rs.50,000.00 as Provisional Admission Confirmation Fee by 11:00 am on
January 15, 2024, failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and
the seat will be offered to the next candidate in order of merit among those
registered for the Online counselling.

▪ The portal/interface for payment of Provisional Admission Confirmation Fee &

downloading of Provisional Admission Offer Letter by the provisionally selected
candidates will be activated from 11:00 a.m. on January 9, 2024.
▪ In case, the candidates do not accept the offer of admission for any reason
whatsoever, it will not be reconsidered afterwards under any circumstances, and
they will forfeit the right of admission along with the right to refund the
Counselling Fee. No request shall be entertained in this regard.

▪ Additionally, provisionally selected candidates must download their Provisional

Admission Offer Letter from their AILET-2024 account. To signify acceptance of
the provisional admission offer, candidates are required to sign each page of the
provisional admission offer letter and upload it onto their AILET-2024 account,
along with a signed undertaking by both the candidate and their parents.
