There are vendors who have websites where you may simply
sign up for a wholesale account online or overseas vendors will
require you to message WhatsApp in order to communicate.

What's whatsApp?
Whatapp is a messaging app. You can download it on
android and apple app store. Down below is a example of
what a whatsapp number looks like.

when writing a vendor through whatsapp you must save

them to your personal contact on your WhatsApp in order to
message them.
 You want to sound professional when contacting a vendor
try to sound as professional as possible.

Think about of all of the questions you’d like to ask the

vendor before messaging them. Also Sending multiple
messages everyday without making a purchase will cause a
vendor to think that you are wasting their time.
Example how to engage with a vendor :

Hello,
My name is (your name) and I am interested in doing business with your
company. Please send me pics/videos of your inventory along with pricing.
What are your payment options? Do you have a MOQ
(minimum order quantity)?

Please share your website or Instagram so that I can view your catalog.
I’m a very serious buyer. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Keep in mind that overseas vendors are on a different

time zone so there may be a delay in responding
to your messages!!

EXAMPLE : 12pm your time may be 12am their time.

For quicker responses contact them during the
evening and night time.
STEP 1.
when you open WhatsApp tap on chats in the bottom
as pointed
STEP 2.
after you have opened chats tap on the top
right corner as shown below
STEP 3.
tap on new contact as shown

STEP 4. when you are adding a new contact

make sure if it's a overseas vendor that it
has a +86 instead of +1 when typing in
mobile number
STEP 5.
once you have put in the number like
shown it should look like this and it should
have the green checkmark as shown below

STEP 6.
now just save the number and start a
conversation with them
