Ways to automate your business

#1: FIND YOUR FAILURES

To find missed automation opportunities, I get my team
together to discuss what we’re doing that is repetitive.

Then, we look for an automated solution that can perform the

task as well or better.

Literally this helps to identify the problems and offer solutions

before they come!

When you find the problem, you can work toward the solution.
Businesses fail because a lot of us don’t plan from failure.
Failing is the time to sit and cry about it, its literally the
moment you find answers so implement ways to not fail again.

EXAMPLE
A car is low on gas, what do you do?

Well figuring out what would happen if you didn’t get

gas and kept driving is seeing the failure before it
happened.

Getting gas right now is the solution because we

don’t want to end up on highway 75 struggling.

#2: EMAIL AUTOMATION

Email automations are lit girl! I promise you this is going to help
you tremendously. Using a platform like MAILCHIMP
and KLAVIYO are true lifesavers to helping your business stay
afloat.

Raise your hand if you find yourself emailing everyone as they

come and feeling drained because you haven’t automated your
business emails.

On the smallest of scale, create email templates for occurring

problems and literally send that email. You have to make sure it
has all that you need lined out in the email so that you don’t get
customers replying to you saying that the email didn’t answer
any of their questions.

Take the time to really see what reoccurring problems are from
your business and draft up an email to load into your templates.

Quick Tips To Overcoming Pitstops Within
Your Business
I wish I had this knowledge that I am about to give you. If there
were people around me 10 years ago (before I lost my business
and got it back) telling me how to avoid the obstacles in my
business, oh I promise you I would have reached the million
dollar mark sooner!

Here are quick trips to overcoming pitstops that all bosses need
to know!

1. KEEP THE BIG VISION

When you dream big you do big. Stop settling for less
because the money isn’t there. People will invest into a good
idea and if it's that good, oh you will find the money!

2. FUEL YOUR VISION

Aside from having funds, you need to make sure the vision
has fuel. I don’t care if you are by yourself or with a team.
This vision has to be understood. When the vision is clear,
the road to get there is even clearer.

Make a plan, Stay on the route.

3.
(Some Pitstops may happen)
I always remind myself that plans are what keeps
us going. When your friends create plans for the weekend,
you are absolutely ready for the weekend to come because
there is a plan ahead. The same with your business, keep
you plans in focus so you can look forward to the benefits
ahead!
4. EMBRACE YOUR EXPERTISE
YOU KNOW WHAT YOU KNOW! Stop letting people
write your story for you. You have a passion that will breed
success, be confident in your targeted audience and keep
your goals intact. You created your business to help others
and that is always the goal.

5. DON'T REINVENT THE WHEEL

If it isn’t broken, you don’t have to fix ANYTHING. Social
Media will have you thinking you need a new idea every
week. IT’S A LIE. Learn to create a solution from your product
or service then master it. An ice cream will never sale ice
cream one week then swears gears to only selling hotdogs.

6. DON'T BURN OUT

This is a good one for me. Yes, entrepreneurship can be
challenging but do not burn out sis. You can still have a life
after the work. I am a mom, wife, friend and daughter at the
end of the day. Give yourself the time you need yo remind
yourself of that. Work hard when you can so you can feel
good when you clock out for the day.

7. LEVERAGE EVERYTHING
If it makes sense, leverage it. I am a mom to a beautiful
daughter! I loved to dress her up and other moms were
asking me where I got her clothes and so I create a
boutique! My brand is a self brand, so it wasn’t weird for me
to start a brand for my daughter because I allowed people
into my journey while becoming a mom.

8. KEEP YOUR SENSE OF HUMOR

People love people who are approachable. While running a
business can be stressful, who wants to deal with someone
who seems constantly stressed out. Smile sis, let people
know you mean business and you have good customer
service skills.
THE CROWD GOES WILD
WAYS TO KEEP AND MAINTAIN A
CONSISTENT CUSTOMER
I had a few friends call me and said sales were ok one
month but they didn’t know how to keep their customer
wanting more. They either had a product that once the
customer receive they didn’t need to buy from them
anymore or just didn’t know how to keep the customer
each new month!

GUESS WHAT, I GOT YOU!

I have a few ways I keep a consistent customer.
HAVING A SUBSCRIPTION OR MONTHLY SERVICE.

I realized that if Netflix can keep us paying 10 dollars then why

couldn’t I find a way to help the needs of my female entrepreneurs
and give them super dope course, opportunity to travel and a
platform to grow and make a subscription as well. Subscription are
good when you have a lot to offer. It can be jewelry, different
clothing items every month, or an informative platform. You can
have people pay 30 dollars a to get a different shirt every month.

Consistency also means checking up on them, not only reaching

for you customer when you want them to purchase something. Use
sisal media in a way that keeps them engaged. I get on lives every so
often to speak on topics I know my audience loves. It allows me to
connect with them and keep the conversation going. People are
more likely to pay f they trust in you and your brand.
TAKE A BREAK, TUNE IT UP & GO
HOW TO PROPERLY RESET AND REACTIVATE YOUR BUSINESS

This last section is something EVERYONE needs to know.

First sis, it is absolutely ok to take breaks! My husband and I work

hard but we will always make the time t heat good, go to the spa
and travel the world. Entrepreneurship is hard because you don’t
give yourself an off day. I make sure to work hard so that I don’t
feel guilty for taking time off for myself and my family.

You have to properly reset and reactivate. It can be frustrating in

your businesses when goals are met and you don’t take the time
to celebrate because you move so fast into another thing or idea
For me, having trips that can empower other women is work and
play because it creates an opportunity to enjoy myself and still
pour into others.

You have to do these things.

WIND DOWN:
watch a movie (for me I trick myself into working (lol its a guilty pleasure)
I might watch a movie about Kevin Hart’s success or The Founders that talks
about business goals and while I am enjoying the movie still taking notes to be
successful.

GO ON BUSINESS RETREATS:
the goal is to feel like you’re not doing work and still get work done. GurlMobb
offers trips like that! We travel the world and also plan time to go to the spa, a
beach, have a boat ride or a night out - it ends up being fun and literally I have
stories of women who still make 20,000 or more on these business retreats

Overall you have to set the gears right if you want to cruise into your winning
season! I learning everyday some opportunities are behind the door you keep
running away from - turn your passion into a paycheck and remember, we
can all race to the finish line together
