Dear Sir/Madam,

Anaco & Greeve International B.V. takes all issues related to food safety very seriously.
We expect all our suppliers to ensure safe products and that all concentrations of
chemicals and pesticide residues in or on food products are within EU Maximum
Residue Levels and Dutch and European law.

All our suppliers must have GlobalG.A.P certification or its approved equivalent. The
signing of this document acknowledges your commitment to this regard. You are not
allowed to send us any product containing or made from genetically modified
organisms. If you decide to start using such products you have to inform us in advance.
Further, your packaging have to meet all EU standards.

We recognize the importance of promoting sustainability, environmental protection

and social responsibility throughout the fruit and vegetable supply chain. Therefore,
we would like to know according to which social standard system your company is
certified.

If the maximum residue levels on your products have been exceeded, we will hold you
responsible and we will charge you for all costs involved.

Please send us a copy of your food safety certificate and an index of your quality
manual if the standard is not mentioned in question 1.

By signing this document, you agree to be legally bound by these conditions. We kindly
request you to fill in the attached documents, sign it and send it back to us as soon as
possible.
