About Enertics
The Enertics systems are developed for health
monitoring, diagnosing, and predictive maintenance of
rotating motors and are part of the Enertics Electrical
Asset Health Monitoring and Management suite of
applications. They can be implemented in a range of
industrial applications to provide continuous health
monitoring and diagnostics of LV/HV motors.

Various high-end Enertics' devices provide extensive and

continuous motor health monitoring with integrated
smart IoT sensors, allowing the user to make
maintenance decisions quickly and effectively. The
Enertics services facilitate customer value by reducing
unplanned outages and greater operational uptime. They
are designed with flexible and secure communications
and advanced asset monitoring capabilities.

Enertics Systems also feature an intuitive web dashboard

interface that is compatible with Android and iOS mobile
applications.

Portfolio
Enertics eM AISuite
The Enertics eM AISuite is a software system which is designed to reduce unplanned
asset failures and associated costs. The eM AIsuite's product lineup comprises of four
primary modules that provide continuous online monitoring of machine motors.

To deliver a reliable monitoring solution, it uses advanced sensing and IoT

technologies.
Smart sensors, data acquisition system, easy-to-understand diagnostics, machine
learning and analytics, user-friendly dashboard and alert system, and wireless
connectivity with multiple communication options are some of the prominent
features of the advanced eM AISuite.

CHALLENGE
In industrial contexts, catastrophic
failures resulting in the loss of lives and
expensive goods are all too often.

Unexpected asset failure might result in

considerable financial losses for
industrial clients. Despite the fact that a
great amount of sensor data is created
by a range of industrial assets, finding
trained resources to analyse this vast
data and draw meaningful results
remains a challenge.

SOLUTION
The innovative eM AISuite monitors sensor
data instantly to detect anomalies before they
become major problems.

Algorithms are used in this software system to

anticipate specific fault conditions. Not only is it
possible to forecast individual sensor data
using advanced sensors, but it is also possible
to foresee specific machine failures.
It also seamlessly integrates with the Enertics
hardware platform to analyze multi-sensor
data and provide users with real-time machine
health and operational status.
eM MonA
MODULES The Enertics eM MonA software, which is one of
the modules in the eM AISuite, gives customers
an extensive capability to understand the
complexity of sensor data and turn it into useful
information.

The Enertics hardware platform is seamlessly

integrated with eM MonA to analyse multi-sensor
data and provide users with real-time health and
operating status of equipment. The eM MonA also
has a seamless OPC connectivity with the
customer's SCADA/HMI to send alerts to older
visualization systems.

eM DiA
eM DiA is an advanced online machine
diagnostics module that provides users with
comprehensive information.
Fault condition
diagnosed

Enertics eM DiA provides critical machine

diagnostics data as well as real-time sensor
data visibility to help customers identify
specific machine health issues across a variety
of machine types.

eM PreA
The revolutionary eM PreA module automatically
evaluates sensor data to discover anomalies
before they become major problems. It features
AI-based sensor data prediction analytics as well
as a machine learning-based alert management
system that alerts users about potentially
harmful machine conditions.

Algorithms are also used by Enertics eM PreA to

forecast individual fault conditions. Not only is it
possible to forecast individual sensor data using
advanced sensors, but it is also possible to
foresee specific machine faults. Hourly, daily,
weekly, and monthly timelines are used in the
forecasting.
