PHILOSOPHY; ACTIVITY 2:ESSAY

“How does technology transform the way we live and how is the political and economic
system this time of pandemic”

At this time at this generation, the technology is getting bigger and wider like how
the generation is evolving and as well as the people around us. A few very creative
people might once indulge the wild dream of computers communicating to one
another. Moving forward to the present, humans are now being driven around by
computers and we are also getting closer to discovering life on planets other than
Earth.
The way in which we live is constantly changing due of technological advances,
which also make our daily lives more convenient and easy with the help of these
technologies that makes everything within our reach.
These technologies not only enable internet connectivity in previously inaccessible
locations, but they also reduce the internet access in those regions that currently exist.

The way we live will keep evolving due to technology.

How individuals live now is greatly driven by technology. In a matter of years,
practically everything we do today will be carried out in a different way because of
how time is running and how everything is changing so fast even without our
knowledge.

In democratic systems, maintaining political capacity and credibility necessitates

government legitimacy. Citizens rely on the government for reliable information to
direct their individual behavior during times of crisis because that is what the
government is for, they are supposed to guide us, lead us, and give us knowledge
about this kind of things. The political system this time of pandemic was chaotic,it
was a unpleasant and not pleasing. Those politicians only cared for the image of their
own and don’t really care about the people. The potential for corruption in pandemic
times was high, especially because of those greedy politicians who is in it for the
money, especially when pressures for swift government action may lead to shortcuts
that damage the integrity of institutional processes. Clearly the politics or government
lacks in ways that is why we are still in this crisis and have not recovered.

The Philippine economy has experienced uneven growth and economic performance
over the last two decades. And it looks like the system is still crooked because the
people who handles is clearly not managing it well.
In further response to the financial crisis, the Government strengthened its on-going
policies of macroeconomic stabilization and structural reform.
These changes must be coupled with greater transparency in public health decisions,
ensuring that science is not overridden by ideology, even when politically motivated
This requires political leaders to improve their responsiveness by designing,
combining and executing sound governance strategies. Although the people are still
hoping for progress for the better and hopes that everything will be back where we
don’t have to think or worry about the pandemic and lessen our movement.
