EXHIBIT – II: SCHEDULE OF WORK

A. KEY PROJECT SCHEDULE

The following Project Schedule key dates shall be based on the Letter of Award date issued
by PCIHBV to the successful bidder

1 Effective Date of Contract - 1 day after Award Date
2 Mobilization of Key Personnel - 3 days after Award Date
3 Submission of Project Quality Plan for the Contract - 14 days after Award Date
4 Mobilization of Site Personnel and Equipment at Site - 7 days after Award Date
5 Engineering for PCIHBV review and comments (if - 30 days after Award Date

6 Completion of all Activities from Effective Date - 5 months after Effective Date of
Contract
7 Final Acceptance Date (and the end of Warranty - 12 months after Provisional
Period) Acceptance

The Contractor shall meet or improve upon the maximum durations envisioned by PCIHBV.

The Contract Price shall be all-inclusive for the execution and proper completion of the as specified in
and shall be completed within the durations specified above.

Provisional Acceptance (PA) includes successful completion and handing-over to PCIHBV.

Contractor shall use its best endeavours to monitor and control aggressive project schedule for early
completion.

Contractor shall prepare and include a detailed Project Schedule (Level 3) to fully comply with the
above dates, as a part of the Bid submission.

1. Detailed schedule with correct logic sequence and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Level 3
using Primavera Version 6 (P6) or Microsoft Project for all phases i.e. procurement and
construction with resource loaded i.e. people and equipment.

2. The detail schedule shall clearly show the start, finish, duration, plan bar, linkage, total float
and critical activities for all planned WORK stipulated in the Contract.

3. The detail schedule shall be in colour and submitted in hardcopy printed on A3 paper, and
one (1) electronic copy of native file format.

4. The Project Schedule shall be based on the Contract schedule milestones.


a. Project Major Milestones; and
b. Payment Milestones.

5. Progress measurement format/system for all phases.

6. Schedule Basis Memorandum (SBM) to support the generation of the detailed schedule.

7. WBS - at least Level 4.

8. Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) including resume for key personnel.

9. The manpower for all discipline / trades and equipment loading plan per month as per detail
schedule (all phases).
