Prepare HSE Procedures for the project. Conduct HSE Induction for new project personnel. Conduct HSE inhouse Training for project personel, such as Control of Work, Basic HSE Awareness, Incident Reporting, CSMS, and Emergency Response. With the client conduct HSE Work In Progress Inspection Inspection and Audit as required in CSMS cycle. Establish Project HSE Report periodically (monthly, quarterly and semester). Collect and analyze HSE statitic as per required in Project Scorecard or Project KPI. Prepare Safety Equipment required by Project Personnel traveling to the field. Become company representative for HSE matters and liase/cordinate with client HSE Representative.
