a total of two (2) group awards.

Library Activities

 Served 5,700 students of the University and 51 researchers from other

schools/agencies.

 Issued 410 library cards

 Issued 89 referral letters to other libraries

 Received 545 volumes of partially delivered books purchased.


 Attended seminar for professional growth entitled PLAI 10-POINT AGENDA:

UPDATES AND CHALLENGES AND OATH TAKING OF PLAI-CeLRLC’S

NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS at Dr. Jose Locsin Multi Purpose Hall, Meycuayan

College, City of Meycuayan, Bulacan last January 27, 2017


 Revised Library Manual

 Prepared and Organized newsletter for the University Library

 Prepared documents for accreditation and follow up AACCUP recommendations

 Attended BAC Meeting for Star Books

 Submitted reports on the status of Star Book Project to DOST Provincial office

 Follow up procurement of computers and kiosks for Star Books

 Attended Rebidding & Post Qualification for books to be purchased and prepared reports

for Post Qualification

 General Cleaning and re-organization for both University Library and Graduate School

Learning Center
 Prepared and submitted Performance Agency Report to Planning Director

 Coordinated with the Office of Planning regarding the proposed library building’s

interior layout and sectioning

 Prepared Market Study, Purchase Request and PPMP for Library Automation’s Software

and Accessories

 Prepared and submitted Requisition for Office Supplies

 Organized and arranged library stock room

 Turned over Condemned materials and equipment to Supplies and Procurement Office

 Sort, arranged and bind newspaper per month and per title.

 Hosted the meeting and planning of PLAI-CeLRLC BOARD OF DIRECTORS and

Courtesy Call to CHED RO3 Director


 Attended the Graduation 2017 at Laus Group Event Centre last April 6, 2017

Library Collections

At present there are 20,387 volumes of books and 1,731 titles of unpublished materials
available at the main library. The Graduate School Learning Center has a collection of 428
volumes of books and 423 titles of unpublished materials.
Books and thesis donated by MAED, Ed.D., MPA, undergraduate student and other friends of
the library.
