SCHOOL REPORT ON RESULTS OF THE 2nd QUARTER

ASSESSMENT
School Year: 2023 -2024

Year & Section: BEEd-2A

Learning Area Percentage of Learners that achieved

or exceeded the MPL
Science 6 25.81%

Analysis and Interpretation:

The table above shows the total percentage of learners that achieved or
exceeded the MPL. The total number of students with the score of 30 and above is
8. Then, we divided it to the whole population of the takers, coming up to 25.81%.

This result conveys that a lot more students failed the test. The learners
might find the test hard and confusing. Moreover, the teacher should analyze the
test to determine which item should be retained, revised, and rejected.

Analysis and Interpretation:

The table above is a representation of the comparison between most and
least learned competencies. On the left part of the table, we can see the
competencies that the students are more knowledgeable. It indicates that they
understand the lesson about different organ system of the human body and
classification of animals. Whereas, the left part of the table is where learners have
difficulty in understanding and comprehending. Maybe some portion of the
lesson in the competencies are hard for them. Therefore, the teacher should
troubleshoot the problem that aroused , if there is a problem in the question or in
the teaching process.
Part B. Cognitive Levels based on Most Learned and Least Learned
Competencies

Analysis and Interpretation:

The table shows that the learners were able to correctly answer
different categories of cognitive level. It shows that clearly understands the
lesson. Moreover, the following items must be retained.
B.2 Least Learned Competencies that Fall under each Cognitive Level

Total 3 2 5

Analysis and Interpretation:

The table shows that the least learned items fall on to “Remembering” and
“Understanding” category. The students might find it hard and confusing to
choose the right answer. This indicates that these items should be revise or
rejected.
