and/or

- RGBA ProRes Quicktime file(s) (which includes an alpha

channel)

We do not guarantee that our alpha channel (or matte) is

perfect; we only provide it so you can quickly include the file
in your project. Feel free of course to create your own alpha by
any means necessary.

By purchasing, downloading, installing or using (in any manner)

a file ("Content") from FX Elements, you automatically accept
the terms of FX Elements’ License Agreement.

Summary:
- The Content remains the property of FX Elements.
- The Content may be used by the licensee in any personal,
commercial or educational projects (royalty-free), subject to
restrictions (See FX Elements' License Agreement or FX Element’s
Educational License Agreement depending on your order).
- The Content may not be resold or redistributed.
