Remarks

(i). Disassemble the Unit steps by steps.

(ii). Remoce the screw from upside,downside and front cover. And remove the cable.
(iii). Check the Power Supply boards
(iii). Found Main Power Supply board's capacitors burnt and trace burnt.
(i). Calibration Process steps by steps
(ii). Check the Watt value with RF Calibrator. (2V, 2V, 3V,….)<to check the value are within in stable and Correct Range>
(iii). Setting the scale and Check the templerature of the unit (Mentor by Hor Chan Kok)
(iii). Run for 25min to check the stable conditions.
(iv). Run the unit with 30cycle <70s ON and 15s OFF).
(v). Check the Solonoid Bar "open and Close conditions" and check vtg input (24V).
(i). Disassemble the Unit steps by steps.
(ii). Fuse check, Diode check , IGBT check and Darlington transistor check (mentor by HOR Chang Kok).
