Learning Outcomes
: At the end of this module, the students should be able to:
1 bunch of kangkong (water spinach), washed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
1 red chili, sliced (optional, for spice)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional, for added flavor)
Salt and pepper to taste
