CONCLUSION:

In examining the historical map of Baguio City, the Japanese Map (Nihei Map), we are

amazed by the enduring presence of iconic landmarks such as the Mansion House, Wright Park,

Burnham Park, Camp John Hay, Malcolm Square, SLU, Central Post Office, Baguio Market and Session

Road. Thus, witnessing these structures stand the test of time made us realize their profound impact

on the city's identity and cultural heritage. The longevity of these landmarks speaks to the resilience

of well-planned urban spaces and the importance of preserving historical continuity. Also, we were

pleasantly surprised to discover the rich history of seemingly modest buildings along Naguilian and

Ferguson Road, particularly the longstanding institutions like Easter School, Holy Family College, Baguio

Elementary School, and the Church of St. Vincent. This experience has taught us the significance of

educational and religious establishments in shaping the fabric of a community. As a student, it

emphasizes the value of preserving cultural heritage and recognizing the lasting influence of these

structures on the city's narrative.
