16-01 H On or around 0700H on January filed in court with
16, 2024, one Lorelai Gilmore, CC No. 2024-
female, single, 26 years old, a 0116, Branch 15,
resident of Brgy. Dimawarie, Sta. RTC, Naga City.
Elena Camarines Norte, came to
this office and reported about the
stabbing incident which caused
the untimely death of her
neighbor/friend namely, Luke
Danes, male, single, 28 years old,
also a resident of Brgy.
Dimawarie, Sta. Elena Camarines
Norte. Ms. Gilmore stated that
she was walking home on or
around 2200H when she heard a
familiar voice coming from a
small alley. When she went near
the small alley, she saw Mr.
Danes bathing in blood and
another man who repeatedly
stabbed Mr. Danes on the chest
which resulted to his death. The
man who stabbed the victim, Mr.
Danes, was then identified by Ms.
Gilmore, as one of the victim’s
co-workers namely, Kirk Gleason,
male, married, 36 years old, a
resident of Brgy. Sintosinto, Sta.
Elena Camarines Norte.
