    Subject: Second Notice on Punctuality of Reporting

    Dear All Team Leaders,


    As Per our Previous letters of acceptance and responsibilities that you all will provide the
    reports on time as requested by sub office within 3 hours, but now its noted that once
    again most of the team didn’t report on time even within three days in advance informing.
    Now for your kind attention strict action have been taken that for three days your salaries
    have been deducted to inform all of you as all of you bitterly understand we did
    compensate with all of you all times, from now it’s not tolerable.

    Requesting from ORCD NGR Sub Office to follow as per the request the above
    requisition and act accordingly on immediate basis.

    Please acknowledge this letter by signing and returning it to Admin/HR of Nangarhar
