Since graduating with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I have held two different
positions, all of which have given me the opportunity to show my skills and grow in my
profession. In my current position as a Senior IT officer at Commercial bank of Ethiopia I can
maintain networks, administer and analyze systems, manage IBM system tickets as a queue
manager, provide overall technical support and I am training all our non-IT staffs about first line
maintenance on how they can solve simple problems by themselves and that leads a gradual
change for the organization. I also received a praise as the Best IT Professional" from my
colleagues, thanks to my knowledge, skills and commitment to providing only the highest quality
work.
