First draft of 2024 goals:
 Be the husband, father, leader I know I am… Adopt Rosmeri. 1/4th the travel of 2023.
 Incredibly organized and inspired in calling… Monthly tracking, facilitate success.
 Launch RAPID TRANSFORMATION + have next book written and ready (prolific >
perfect) – sell over 3M copies worldwide of my books – 3x royalty money from 2023.
Poised for 2024 to be 3-5x financial what 2023 was, focusing only the 20% and not the 80%.

2024 Report:
 We ended up adopting Rosmeri in a miraculous way. This has been an enormous blessing
for our entire family. Being a father is humbling/ inspiring work. I’m grateful and blessed.
 I raised the floor huge on any form of work travel – primarily to travel less to focus on the
family. I did well with this, though, of course, I still traveled a little bit more than I wanted.
All-in-all, I was strong in my family focus and deeply improving my relationship with
Lauren and the older kids. The focus was being home and one-on-one, doing short get-aways
with Lauren and bringing the older kids on work travel. Lauren lots of travel and good food.
Much better communication/support. Kaleb African Safari. Jordan Taylor Swift concert.
 Far more spiritually and emotionally healed and developed – a big focus was on being far
less reactive and more at peace/loving. “You don’t see the outside world, only your own
reaction to it.” I worked on “letting go” and being at an internal place of peace/love – and for
that to be felt/experienced by those around me, primarily Lauren and the kids. As a whole,
I’ve seen huge miracles and progress/healing in my relationships with Lauren and kids.
 A huge focus of mine in 2024 was being far more organized and on-top of my calling
with Elder Amato. I feel my role is taking things off his plate, improving his organization and
focus, setting him up for success, and where possible- providing insight and perspective to
what he’s trying to accomplish. Huge progress in core standards, monthly reporting, quick
email reply and on-top of tasks. God blessed our efforts.
 Huge year for books. Launched RAPID TRANSFORMATION and applied incredible/simple
strategies to spread it. Had 60K first week sales due to challenge, etc (400K+ current). Wrote
2 more books in 2024 – both to be released in 2025 (missionary + good/best) and also started
memoir about foster care experience. Future Self book continued crushing in Korea and I hit
goal 3M+ books sold in 2024. Started collabing with church on missionary book/processes.

2024 Q1 “10x” Focus:

 Massive progress Rosmeri adoption. Lauren 1-on-1 travel. Home more- connected.
 Incredibly organized, quick, on-top of calling… Monthly tracking, facilitate success.
 Finish writing RAPID TRANSFORMATION. Most inspired/powerful book I’ve done.

2024 Q1 Report:
 We are nearly through Rosmeri adoption. All is going well. I took a great trip with
Lauren. I’ve booked flights and made plans for trips with Kaleb and Jordan. Overall, family
feels deeply connected and the overall energy of home is increasingly loving/peaceful.
 Far more on track with emails/tasks for calling, monthly tracking with Zirker. Focused on
being solid/mature/grateful/humble. Being organized and supportive, proactive and engaged.
 RAPID finished. Best book I’ve done. Prepping 60K+ launch. Starting next book.
