1- Ensure that TBM slurry pipes are enough to advance at least 2 advances.
2- Retracting the cutting wheel 3 cm from the face.
3- Follow the procedure and prepare the bentonite filter ca2ke.
4- Retracting the cutting wheel 2 cm from the face.
5- Draw down the level and ensure the face stability.

Shift Plan no. # 01:

 Open the door at 12 O`clock and keep the bolts in the side metal box.
 Wear the safety harness before you get out of the doors.
 Install the platforms.
 Clean the cutting wheel and measure the discs, knifes and buckets with clear photos arm by arm.

Shift Plan no. # 02:

 Continue cleaning the cutting wheel and measure the discs, knifes and buckets with clear photos
arm by arm.
 Clean the center discs and any remaining clogging.
 Install the platform at the center of cutter head.

Shift Plan no. # 03:

 Rotate the CW until you make sure ARM7 vertical at 12 o`clock.
 Dismantle the WD NO.2 #ARM7.
 Prepare the lifting devices and tools for installing the new ripper nose.
 Dismantle center ring discs cutters No. # 8 & No. # 6.
 Keep all the center discs bolts in a special box.

Shift Plan no. # 04:

 Dismantle center discs cutters No. # 4 & No. # 2.
 Install the nose ripper of the 1st box (2 ripper supports).

Shift Plan no. # 05:

 Make sure to complete tightening the 1st rippers box with the correct torques.
 Rotate the CW until you make sure ARM3 vertical at 12 o`clock.
Shift Plan no. # 06:
 Dismantle center ring discs cutters No. #7 & No. # 5.
 Dismantle center ring discs cutters No. #3 & No. #1.

Shift Plan no. # 07:

 Install the new ripper nose # 2nd part (2 ripper supports).

Shift Plan no. # 08:

 Make sure to complete tightening the 1st rippers box with the correct torques.
 Dismantle the platforms.
 Close the 12 o`clock door and tight the bolts.

Shift Plan no. # 09:

 Open the doors at 9 O`clock and keep the bolts in the side metal box.
 Rotate the CW until you make sure ARM02 horizontal at 9 o`clock.
 Install the plate forms.
 Dismantle the Bucket RHS & LHS (Arm no. 02)
 Dismantle ring disc cutters No. 36A / 35A (Arm no. 02)

Shift Plan no. # 10:

 Install new ring disc cutters No. 36A / 35A (Arm no. 02)
 Dismantle ring disc cutters No. 20 / 19 (Arm no. 01) and put it out.
 Install ring disc cutters No. 36A / 35A (Arm no. 02) (Standby) at Box No. 20 / 19 (Arm no. 01).

 Install new ring disc cutters No. 35B/36B (Arm no. 06).

 Dismantle ring disc cutters No. 17/18 (Arm no. 05).

 Install ring disc cutters No. 35B/36B (Arm no. 06) Standby at Box No. 17/18 (Arm no. 05).

 Dismantle the Bucket RHS & LHS (Arm no. 01) and send it out.
 Dismantle and Install new ring disc cutters No. 31/32 (Arm no. 01).

 Dismantle and Install new ring disc cutters No. 33A/34A (Arm no. 08)

 Dismantle ring disc cutters No. 29/30 (Arm no. 05)

 Install new ring disc cutters No. 29/30 (Arm no. 05)
 Dismantle ring disc cutters No. 21/22 (Arm no. 05)
Shift Plan no. # 20:

 Install ring disc cutters No. 29/30 (Arm no. 05) at Box No. 21/22 (Arm no. 05)
 Dismantle and Install new ring disc cutters No. 25/26 (Arm no. 05)

 Dismantle and Install new Cutting Knife No. # 11 RHS & LHS (Arm no. 05)
 Dismantle and Install new Cutting Knife No. # 13 LHS (Arm no. 05)

 Install the Bucket RHS & LHS (Arm no. 05).

 Dismantle and Install new Cutting Knife No. # 11RHS & LHS (Arm no. 07)
 Dismantle and Install new Cutting Knife No. # 13 RHS & LHS (Arm no. 07)

 Dismantle and Install new Cutting Knife No. # 08 LHS (Arm no. 08)
 Dismantle and Install new Cutting Knife No. # 10 RHS & LHS (Arm no. 08)

Shift Plan no. # 32:

 Dismantle and Install new Cutting Knife No. # 12 LHS (Arm no. 08)
 Install the Bucket RHS & LHS (Arm no. 07) & (Arm no. 08).
 Dismantle the platforms.
 Close the 12 o`clock door and tight the bolts.
 Dismantle the CW remote and close the plug.
 Send out all the remaining tools.
