I – RATIONALE:

School – based Learning Action Cell (SLAC) of Sungay Integrated School is consistent with the procedures of the School Based
Management (SBM), and the School improvement Plan (SIP), this action plan focuses on the contextualized lessons in English.
As an area of continuous training for teachers’ development these sessions aim for effectivity and solidarity among teachers.

This will provide the school an opportunity to help teachers grow, analyze specific instructional concerns and discuss on topics
that can solve everyday challenges in the classroom. This will also serve as a support to the teachers towards innovative practices that
would enhance their capabilities and strengths that will in turn produce products having lifelong learning and skills that will be useful
in this globally competitive world.

II – OBJECTIVE:
