- To work out and process the partition of the property in two equal portions:
- To and sign any and all documents for said process, including, but not limited to the
deed of partition, etc.;
- To transact with, deal and negotiate with the relevant government agencies for said
partition and creation of new title, including but not limited to the BIR, Registry of
Deeds, etc.;
- To make, sign, seal, execute and deliver contracts, documents, agreements and
other writings of whatever nature or kind, with any and all third persons, concerns, or
entities upon terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney-in-fact;
- In general to do any and all acts and things necessary in order to carry out the power
herein granted.
GIVING and GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform every acts and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
