and forwarding address at 1584 FRANCO ST., SAN ANDRES BUKID, PACO, MANILA,
PHILIPPINES, do hereby name, appoint and constitute JULY GEN TORDESILLAS, of legal age,
Filipino Citizen and residing at BLOCK 90, LOT 40, LAS PALMAS SUBD., CAYPOMBO, STA.
MARIA, BULACAN, PHILIPPINES, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for me, In my
name, place and stand, for my own use and benefit to do any or all of the following acts and things, to
wit;

1. To sign, negotiate, transact and execute any and all the documents on my behalf, with NEW SAN
JOSE BUILDERS, INC. (NSJBI) for the transfer of rights with assumption of obligation in a
condominium unit for UNIT 1607 TOWER B at the VICTORIA DE MALATE condominium
project;

2. To execute any release, waiver, and acquisition on my behalf, in favor of NSJBI comprising all
rights, claims, and causes of action, whatsoever/, which we may now, or in the future have or
possess, arising from the acquisition of the subject unit, and/or any withdrawal cancellation
thereof.

3. To sign and execute Deed of Transfer with Assumption of Obligation, Waiver and Quitclaim and
all the documents necessary in relation to the transfer of Rights with NSJBI for UNIT 1607
TOWER B at the VICTORIA DE MALATE condominium project;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and authority to do
and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in or about the premises as
fully to all interest and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by the virtue of these presents.
