    BUSINESS ENGLISH PRESENTATIONS

    Session 01:

    Activity One:
    YOUR ANOTHER ENGLISH TALK IN PUBLIC
    To start our 16-session Business English Presentations subject
    this semester, as a warming up, each student is to give a talk in English
    before the class. In your talk, tell the class about:
    1. Your name
    2. Where you live
    3. What you do in your leisure time and at weekends
    4. What benefits you get from those activities
    The audience or class members can ask around three questions to
    each speaker.

    Activity Two:
    GIVING OPINIONS
    Our next activity is a discussion. There are four questions we will
    discuss:
    1. Is the ability to give a presentation (in English) an important
    skill that you need to have, do you think? Why?
    2. What is non-verbal communication in giving presentations?
    3. Why is such non-verbal communication important?
    4. How can we improve our non-verbal communication
    capability?
