Resolution 2024

Dear everyone,

Entering 2024, its time that we set the milestones we need to achieve this year
and review what we collectively achieved in 2023 as 1 team.

-We seek to win recognitions from our major business partners such as Suzuki,
Hitachi, Hero, Honda; targeting to win at-least 4 recognitions in the first year of
this drive. To achieve this feat, we will be improving the quality of our
operations & start a pattern of giving operation feedback to customers &
buyer.

-From building new warehouses to printing custom stationary, we will keep

ensuring that everything we offer is aesthetic, deeply analysed for any
imperfections and reflects the soul of 3T.

-After a careful analysis, the 2000+ old bill disputes dating as far as back to
2013 will be closed once and for all by March 2024 and our focused effort to
correct the payment cycles of our customers will yield results by mid this year.

- Even more stringent on following a disciplined approach towards work. Our

understanding of discipline consists of contributing towards a healthy
environment, constructive discussions and timeliness in what we do. Our
protracted efforts will continue bringing in the incremental improvements in
every department – HR, Accounts, Billing, Logistics Control, Marketing,
Customers Relations; operations being the added focus this year.

Our ideology towards our members, colleagues continues to remain and to be

more strengthened that if we have knowledge and see a member weak, we
must go to his situation and help him, ensuring he/she comes out of the
unwanted situation. As has been - members with a can-do attitude and a
willingness to continuously improve will see significant improvements in
respective lives.
