Rhea Ann Orisa Borja is a college graduate who attended a national training on challenges and opportunities for management during the pandemic. Some of the key challenges she identified included determining if COVID complications affect career development, integrating new organizational structures or systems, and managing organizational strategy in the new normal of the pandemic. She also found online learning more challenging than face-to-face learning due to a lack of materials, attitudes, self-discipline, and learning environments for students during self-isolation.

● What are your challenges?
I found it very stressful in the time of pandemic. Both the teachers and students faces challenges due to lack of appropriate learning materials, their attitude to learning, lack of self-discipline, and the inadequate learning environment in some of their homes during self-isolation. Online learning was more challenging than face-to-face learning.
