Instructions for selected Scholar: -

1. It may please be ensured that the Progress Report(s) reach the Ministry of Culture on the address mentioned
above strictly as per the Schedule indicated above so that the amount of Scholarship can be released timely.
Payment of Scholarship to the awardees will be made only after the 6-monthly Progress Report is received
well in time and found satisfactory. If the Progress Report is not received by the due date as mentioned above,
it will be presumed that the defaulting artiste has abandoned the training and his/her Scholarship may be
cancelled without any notice.
2. It is mandatory to get your bank account linked with your Aadhar number. Further, you must also submit
Proforma for filling your personal details for the purpose of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) information along
with BANK AUTHORIZATION LETTER [both proformas attached] within 15 days of receipt of this
letter to the Ministry at the address provided in point no. 6 below by Speed/Registered post. You are
required to fill up only those columns which are applicable and relevant to you in Digital Data Base
Proforma. In rest of the columns ‘NOT Applicable’ _may please be mentioned. Please don’t leave any
column blank.
3. All the papers/photographs etc., contained in the Progress Report should be sent tightly tagged or stitched.

4. Front page of the Report should clearly indicate the field of the Scholarship, period of the Report, name,
address and mobile no. of the awardees, and the relevant FILE NUMBER.;
5. Without the prior approval of Ministry of Culture, you will not change the Guru/Institute whose consent you
have already given to the concerned section of the Ministry of Culture
