In the reference 3 cited, the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh has requested for adoption of recycling of in-situ / borrow materials for stabilroad technology wherever feasible, using latest machinery adoption for packages of 18 & 19 of APRRP(AIIB) in Krishna District in place of conventional provisions not exceeding the cost of pavements as per conventional methods as recommended by the committee. 3. Government after examination of the proposal made in the reference 3° cited, hereby accorded permission for the adoption of recycling of in-situ / borrow materials for stabilroad technology wherever feasible using latest machinery adoption for packages of 18 & 19 of APRRP(AIIB) in Krishna District in place of conventional provisions not exceeding the cost of pavements as per conventional methods and permission is also accorded for the following: i. Hire Charges of Machinery at Rs.240/-per SQM. li, Quantities of Chemical to be used on different traffic intensity and different ranges of Subgrade CBRs, as recommended by Technical Committee. ili, Quantities of Cement to be used on different traffic intensity and different ranges of Subgrade CBRs as recommended by the Technical Committee. iv. Cost of Chemical to be used at fs 38 per KG (excluding GST). 4. _ The Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh is therefore requested to take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
