' 2. Cold Mix datas furnished by one supplier cum service provider and
approved on pilot Om::o:certain PMGSY and other works.

The Ministry of Rural Development , vide reference 1't cited has recommended the
APRRP Project Proposal for funding under AllB subject to condition, that the state would
follow the PMGSY Parameters of Design , Quality assurance , use of Green Technology
and Space technology as well as simplified asset management regimes.
Accordingly , vide reference 2nd cited, all the Superintending Engineers were
informed to provide Cold Mix for some road works in both the Packages , where DPR
Scrutiny is in progress in Batch-l and in all the packages in Batch-ll where ever feasible
under APRRP(AIlB) as per MoRD Specifications.

The Cold mix datas are herewith communicated to all the Superintending Engineers,
PR in the State for using in the DPRs of proposed Cold mix roads. Further, the
Superintending Engineers, PR are requested to bring to the notice of the undersigned, if any
variations found in the datas, based on the actual observations during execution.

Tailor made Gold Mix Binder @21.50 kg per 10 sqm area of road surface over tack coat to required line,
level, grade to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base including mixing in a Mixer of 6 to 10
T capacity, trasporting the mixer to point of use and rolloing with three wheeled 8-10 Tonnes capacity
power roller and finishing to required level and grades including cost, conveyance, leads and lifts of all
