Dear Sir,

With reference to above correspondences and subsequent discussions that we had with you; we are
pleased to issue the LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE for a value of lNR. 1,68,750.004 (One Lakh Sixty-
-
Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only refer Annexure A) for NDT works at PHPL project
of M/s.lOCL near Sabbavaram village, Visakhapatnam (AP).

Please note that this Letter of Acceptance and its annexures shall take precedence over the pre
award communications, and the offer submitted by SUBCONTRACTOR is not a part of
CONTRACT. Please send us the signed and stamped copy of this LOA along with all enclosures as
a token of your acceptance for our record at the earliest.

Terms & Conditions

LTEH Scope:

. Helpers for movement of RT Unit as required.

. Power for X Ray Unit
. Lighting and proper scaffolding arrangement at site, if required.

Metmech Scope:

. Deployment of Qualified technicians.

. Deployment of Equipment and required consumables to execute the job.
. Food & Accommodation for your technicians.
. Transportation including fuel.
. All statutory & regulatory approval to perform the job.
. Wages, insurance and all other statutory requirement for your personnel.
. Execute the job as per approved procedure.

Payment Terms:

. Payment shall be done within 30 days after invoice submission.

. Unit Rate is excluding GST. Reimbursement of GST shall be done on submission of
necessary documents.
. Standby / ldle charges shall be paid at the same unit rate.
