 Supply and Installation of Induction Based High Mast Lighting.
 Supply and Installation of Induction Based Decorative Street Lighting.
 Supply and Installation of various LED and Focus Lighting as required for
Beautification of Temple.
 Scopes of work defined and quoted are designed for zero maintenance for the
complete life span.

COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. PRICE : The prices quoted are inclusive of Excise, CST freight FOR Site.

2. FREIGHT : Included in the quoted rates for our scope of supplied materials.

3. TRANSIT INSURANCE : Included in the quoted rates for our scope of

supplied materials

4. GST : Will be charged extra @12 %

5. SALES TAX : Included for all the Supplies.

6. OCTROI : Shall be charged extra at applicable rates

on the supply contracts.

7. PAYMENT : We request the following Schedule of Payment :

 10% of the Contract Value as non-refundable advance along with

the award and acceptance of Letter of Award.
 10 % on final submission and approval of design and drawings.
 70 % on readiness of materials for dispatch after due inspections
and clearance for dispatch.
 10% against Commissioning, Completion and Hand-over of site to
owner against submission of Performance Bank Guarantee for a
period of 1 year.

8. EXECUTION OF CONTRACT : The said Contract as per this quote shall be

completed in 4 months
from 0 date.
0 Date shall be defined as the date of “Letter of Award / Intent ”
alongwith Advance.
The detailed milestone and project execution plan shall be submitted
for information and acceptance.
We assume that Notice to proceed shall be given by Owner upon
achieving Financial Closure. The NTP will be reckoned as date on which
owner instructs in Writing.

9. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES : We will discuss and conclude the same mutually.

10. JURISDICTION : Any disputes arising during the execution of Contract

shall be subject to Rudrapur Juridiction Uttrakhand.

11. VALIDITY OF QUOTE : If no order has been issued in accordance with this quote
within a period of Four (04) weeks as of the quote date, then the quote shall be
Automatically considered as expired.
