Warranty:
* PV Modules: 12 years 90% output and 25 years 80% output Linear Warranty

* Ongrid Inverter: 5 years replacement warranty

* Hybrid Inverter: 1 year warranty

Terms and Conditions:

a. Price Validity Prices are valid until 7 days, Prices may vary according to dollar$ rate variations.
b. Payment Terms 80% Advance, 20% after delivery.
c. Zero Export device is not included in the package
d. Load Balancing & internal wiring will be done by Customer’s Electrician.
e. Voltage stabilization of Grid will be done by Customer’s end.
f. Grid-Tied system will Shut down during load shedding and power outage even at day time.
g. Net-metering process may take up to 4 months and is dependent on WAPDA and NEPRA
officials.
h. Single to three phase & Sanctioned Load increment as per the design is responsibility of client
i. Meter sanctioned load change and I&C required other than the above-mentioned scope of work
shall be charged as per actual.
