Mr. Humayun Haroon,
Sapphire Textile Mills,
Phool Nagar, Pakistan.

Respected Sir,
Thank you for giving SME Energy (pvt) Ltd a chance to present you our financial proposal for the
solar system that will be installed at your premises. We hope this will be the start of a long-term,
prosperous relationship. We thrive to deliver savings in our clients’ electricity costs and help to
manage energy resources for optimum availability and efficiency. We take pride in helping our
clients to reduce their dependency on noisy generators, enjoy the benefits of clean energy and help
make the world a better place.
Our team consists of experts from the Renewable Power segment, and especially from the Solar PV
sector, capable of executing large scale Solar PV projects in compliance with industry best practices
and regulatory & statutory norms.
After the Installation of Solar System at your premises, it is remotely monitored by our technical
personnel to ensure smooth operations. In case of any issue, our personnel will immediately
respond to diagnose the issue and to troubleshoot remotely or at site.
As per the part of the quotation, Net Metering application will be submitted on your behalf to the
concerned Grid operator and we will ensure that our customers get full benefit of this facility, The
Net Metering package allows solar system owners to sell excess energy back to the grid, translating
to a direct economic benefit for system owners. In addition, Net Metering also contributes towards
increasing overall energy efficiency in the country by increasing energy availability on the Grid near
the point of consumption.
We look forward to helping you achieve more energy independence, providing a good investment
for years to come, and helping you make a more positive environmental impact.

Thanks & Regards,
