Replacement of Kiln shell, which includes following in scope of work:-

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Contractor should be mobilized to the site as per requirement of Works technical team.
2. The Contractor shall perform and present the risk assessment before starting any activity.
3. Accommodation will be provided by FCCL.
4. Work completion time of subject services should not exceed from ·1 x month, including pre­
assembly work before plant shut down.
5. The Contractor shall be responsible for food to their labor.
6. The Contractor shall arrange at his own all the machinery/equipment, Required Cranes,
manpower and all other inputs like Roller Supports/ fixtures required for subject job under
the supervision/instructions of FCCL Technical Team.
7. The Contractor shall arrange the required size of cranes with Troller, which should have
testing I inspection cetficate from a reputable firm in the testing / i11spection services.
8. The Contractor shall be responsible of DPT of all welding joint during job as per client
requirement.
9. Hiring of UT Expert of all welding joints lied at the client scope and in case of any flaw
dedection, the retake charges for UT will be back chaged to the contractor.
10. The Contractor will be responsible of Full loss of job if quality standards are not as per
Client/FLS Standards.
11. The Contractor shall submit daily progress report and man power detail to the client.
12. The Contractor shall abide by the instructions given by the technical department where
they deem necessary.
13. The Contractor shall respect/follow all local laws (General Terms and Conditions are
attached at Annexure AA-I) and regulations concerning the management of

contractors/sub-contractors that are more stringent than the FCCL HSE (Health, Safety
and Environment) requirements (Annexure "B").
