2. Payment Terms - 40% advance confirmation of order.

- 50% at the time of equipment delivery.
- 10% after successful Installation & Commissioning.
3. Order Confirmation: Upon receiving of 40% advance payment.
4. Timeline of Completion 30 to 40 Days after confirmation of order.
5. Civil Work: Included in the cost.
6. Mounting Structure: Rust Proof Standard Structure price is included in the
Financial Proposal.
7. PV BOS: Included in the cost.
8. Service 02 Years free of cost O&M service. Service Level
Agreement (SLA) shall be inscribed after 1 year.
9. Net – Metering: Lumen Power Scope:
- Lumen Power will assist in Net Metering enablement
process
- Lumen Power will prepare the document(s) for
Net- Metering.
- DC & AC Grounding/Earthing.
Customer’s Scope:
- Change of ownership of Electric Meter (If required)
- Change Sanction load (If required)
Note:
Net-Metering will not be charged separately as other companies do. It will be applicable as
per the laws of NEPRA and Local DISCO. Timeline for net metering to be operational depends
on the DISCO/ NEPRA approvals

The parties to this Contract agree as follows:

Scope of Work: -

The project scope includes the installation of a 100 kW-DC rated mounted solar photovoltaic
system at the property located at address listed above. Photovoltaic system shall consist of:

1. Panels: (535 W- Bi-facial Grade A, Tier 1 Jinko/JA/Longi Mono-Perc Modules)

2. Inverters: (80 kW Solis/Huawei on Grid Inverters)

System shall be supported by hot dip galvanized mounting system and other balance of system
(BOS) components, including but not limited to Solar Performance Meter Box (if required), AC
disconnect, and electrical hardware (circuit breakers, wire, conduit, junction boxes, etc.).
All equipment will be installed as required the local utility company.
During daylight hours this photovoltaic system (solar electric) will provide electricity in parallel
with the local utility service provider.
