conditions:

1. All inspection and testing shall be done as per owner approved Quality Plan.

2. All Bought out items are to be procured from owner acceptable sources and to be tied up in Quality Plan.

B) M/s Tractel Tirfor India Pvt Ltd ( Works at Plot no. 1 , Sector –D, Kalyani Industrial Estate, Nadia-741235 ) is accepted for
manufacturing & supply of Manual Hoist up to 30 T capacity subject to following conditions:

1. Carrying out Inspection and testing as per owner approved QP and meeting technical specification requirements

This has reference to approved L-3 vendors lists for CHP Package of Jawaharpur project .

Electric Hoist – Max capacity of Electric hoist to be supplied for Jawaharpur is 20 Ton . Vendor Shortlisted by CHP- OEM’s
M/s TKII, M/s Tractel Tiffor has been approved for supply of Electric hoist upto 15 T only as per JVUNL/NTPC approved vendor
list for above mentioned project . However the supplier- M/s Tractel Tirfor india Ltd, has recently received approval for Electric
hoist upto 35 Ton for other ongoing NTPC Projects Refer attached approval letter issued by NTPC for Solapur & Meja projects .
We request you to kindly extend the Capacity approval of Tractel Tiffor for Electric Hoist upto 35 Ton.

Manual Hoist – Max Capacity of Manual hoist to be supplied for Obra project is 24 Ton . Vendor Shortlisted by CHP- OEM’s
M/s TKII, M/s Tractel Tiffor is approved for supply of Manual hoist(Chain Pulley block ) upto 20 T only as per approved vendor
list for above mentioned project. M/s Tractel Tirfor India Ltd, has recently received approval for Manual hoist upto 30 Ton for
other ongoing NTPC Projects. Refer attached approval
We request you to kindly extend the Capacity approval of Tractel Tiffor for Electric Hoist upto 30Ton

In reference to above it is requested to esteem ONWER , JVUNL, to extend approval for manufacturing and supply of Electric
Hoist upto 35 ton and Manual Hoist upto 30 Ton from M/s Tractel.
